Fleet Solutions Specialist

Gem City Tire is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Fleet Solutions Specialist to help support and expand our commercial fleet business in the Indianapolis area.
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on helping fleet customers improve uptime, reduce costs, and keep their trucks on the road through commercial truck tires and related services.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with commercial fleet customers
- Sell commercial truck tires and fleet service programs
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Work directly with fleet managers to deliver tailored solutions
- Support long-term customer success and retention
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Transportation, fleet, or service industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and process-driven
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
