As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be part of the Frontier campaign, making sure customers enjoy a smooth start and ongoing sales satisfaction with their services. You’ll answer sales questions, resolve issues, and create positive experiences. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll gain training that helps you grow into new opportunities.

What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Success Associate?
- Support Frontier Residential customers by managing account activations, ensuring a smooth and accurate sales and onboarding experience.
- Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer sales concerns promptly through structured communication channels.
- Collaborate with senior Customer Success Associates to align service delivery with customer expectations and sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and monitor account sales activity using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Contribute to retention strategies by participating in team discussions and sharing insights that improve customer sales satisfaction.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Customer Success Associate?
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, sales, or technology is a plus.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or telecom service support preferred.
