At ProAmpac , we're looking for a strategic and operationally minded Director of FP&A to help lead the financial future of our growing Food-To-Go division. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the rhythm of manufacturing operations, knows how to translate data into decisions, and can partner across the business to drive growth, accountability, and performance.
You won’t be sitting on the sidelines building spreadsheets in isolation. You’ll work closely with operations, finance leadership, and executive stakeholders to influence pricing, forecasting, capital investments, workforce planning, and long-term business strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Own
As the Director of FP&A, you’ll lead financial planning and analysis activities across assigned business units while helping shape strategic direction and operational performance.
Key Areas Of Focus Include
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning processes across a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Driving financial insights that improve profitability, optimize resources, and support operational decision-making
- Partnering with operations leaders on pricing strategy, labor utilization, product investments, and business performance
- Building and enhancing KPI dashboards and performance metrics that create visibility and accountability
- Developing sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support capital projects and strategic initiatives
- Analyzing performance against forecasts and budgets while identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
- Strengthening reporting processes, analytics capabilities, and forecasting accuracy through continuous improvement
- Supporting acquisitions, due diligence efforts, and strategic growth initiatives as needed
- Leading and developing FP&A talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Understands manufacturing operations and cost structures
- Is comfortable walking the plant floor and partnering cross-functionally
- Knows how standard costing impacts operational decisions
- Can balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Brings executive-level communication skills along with strong financial depth
- Thrives in growth-oriented environments where priorities evolve quickly
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 8–12 years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience
- Strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and standard costing
- Experience leading budgeting and forecasting in multi-site operations
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Hyperion
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive business decisions through data and financial insights
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
