What You’ll Do
- Work on real projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings
- Help optimize processes and identify smarter ways of working
- Turn ideas into action through quick wins and improvement initiatives
- Track project progress, timelines, and results
- Use tools like 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and time studies
- Analyze data and help teams make better decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and plant teams
- Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking up
- Interested in problem-solving and working with data
- Able to collaborate across teams in a hands-on environment
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Have exposure to process improvement, Lean, or data analysis
- $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Real, resume-worthy experience with measurable impact
- Exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations
