Summary Of Job Duties

• Check stock room daily to ensure materials are in the proper bin, quantities are accurate, and product description matches.
• Create detailed reports on Part Usage, Parts received, and Open purchase orders to present each morning
• Regularly compare pricing to identify potential cost savings.
• Keeping inventory of various items within the warehouse department ensuring no shortages occur.
• Declutter bins with items that are no longer in use.
• Create QR codes and assign new stocking locations
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and all stocking locations.
• Work with maintenance to redefine the description of existing parts to facilitate their research and to give consistency to their descriptions
• Assisting shipping and receiving Specialist with labeling and placing parts in the correct location. Inspecting parts for correctness, damage, and quantity once delivered.
• Manage the vending machine inventorying items sold daily
• Manage vending machine inventory and employees who have access to it.
• Prepare shipments for vendors and returns. Maintain accurate records of shipping/receiving activities
• Generating quotes and purchase orders
• Comply with departmental & job safety practices.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by Management.
