What You Will Do
- Assist the Press Operator with preparing the press and all job‑related materials
- Monitor and adjust inks as needed, including checking ink viscosity on an hourly basis
- Remove finished film from the machine and stage it on pallets for pickup
- Retrieve and return inks to the ink room and clean machine components between jobs
- Handle and manage hazardous waste in compliance with safety and environmental requirements
- Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and meet OSHA standards
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Complete rework tasks as needed
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Strong desire to learn and grow within manufacturing
- Ability to read, write, and follow simple, clear instructions
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
