What are the responsibilities and job description for the FSQA DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR position at Gellert Global Group?

GGG companies provide strength in sourcing, insurance, finance, logistics, food safety and information technology, and supply the needs of retailers, distributors, foodservice chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers.
GGG seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.
- Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains.
- Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.
