We are a dynamic, relationship-driven private investment firm based in Melville, New York, seeking an energetic and highly organized Client Services & Marketing Associate to support our growing team and client base.

What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering responsive and professional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Help create a welcoming, high-touch client experience that reflects the firm’s commitment to exceptional service
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and reporting within Salesforce/CRM systems
- Support advisors with client communications, scheduling, and follow-up initiatives
Event Planning & Seminar Coordination
- Coordinate and execute client seminars, appreciation events, educational workshops, and prospect events
- Manage event logistics including invitations, registrations, venue coordination, presentation materials, and post-event follow-up
- Assist in developing creative ideas to enhance client engagement and strengthen relationships
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist with social media marketing efforts across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help create and schedule content that promotes firm events, thought leadership, and brand awareness
- Support marketing campaigns, email communications, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate on presentation materials, graphics, and client-facing communications
Administrative & Team Support
- Manage general office operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and administrative support
- Prepare professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational support for the team
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in financial services, client services, hospitality, event planning, or a related client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence
- Experience with event coordination, client engagement, or marketing initiatives strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65), Notary Public licenses are a plus, or willingness to pursue licensing
