Geller Lighting Supply Co. Inc. is a dynamic, fast-paced lighting distributor based in Baltimore, MD. We’re a team-driven company focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. We're currently looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable & Administrative Assistant to join us on-site at our Baltimore office.
This is an in-person position.
As a key member of our office team, you’ll take ownership of accounts receivable tasks while supporting general administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and support collection efforts
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Organize and maintain files and office supplies
- Operate standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Assist with multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through
- Collaborate with team members and support other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP One is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts receivable role
