Ampoule Design & Process Engineer (Gelest)

Company: Gelest Inc. Job Description: What You’ll Do Collaborate with customers and vendors to create and refine ampoule designs. Develop, implement, and train operators on cleaning, filling, inspection, and repair procedures. Manage ampoule and valve inventory, maintaining ERP and external databases accurately. Support High Volume Manufacturing scale-up, gathering operator feedback for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and optimize processes for efficiency and safety. What You Bring BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar. 5 years’ experience in chemical or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of material construction, chemical compatibility, and cylinder/valve design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams. Detail-oriented with ERP/database experience and a passion for process improvement. ✨ Drive innovation and process excellence in a role where design, engineering, and manufacturing intersect. The salary range for this position is $105,000-$145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting. Salary : $105,000 - $145,000
