Job Title: Post Production Technician
Seeking passionate and ambitious candidate as a post-production technician for a small, adult-use cannabis cultivation company. We run a tight ship. This role requires focus, attention to detail, and patience. The ideal candidate will strive for excellence in all aspects of their work.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process and package finished cannabis product into jars or prerolls (majority of role)
- Apply compliance packaging labels accurately and with care (majority of role)
- Organize and package jarred product for delivery
- Perform meticulous manicuring and trimming of cannabis flower to company standards
- Record data and information to be entered into our seed to sale software
- Clean and sanitize all Post-Production tools and equipment to company standards
- Self-regulate own work pace for balance of quality and high-performance efficiency
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Familiarity with weights and measurements, ability to operate a scale
- Ability to perform a job which requires walking, stooping, bending, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive and motivated attitude daily
- Passion for the plant and a commitment to high quality
- Will need OCP Adult Use ID (IIC) card before able to begin work - we can assist you with this process
