This is an onsite position at state department office at Tallahassee, Florida

Requirements:
- Experience in incident response, risk analysis, or vulnerability management.
- Experience working with compliance frameworks such as CJIS, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
- Working knowledge with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of network security architecture and protocols.
- Scripting and automation experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
This consultant will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities affecting the organization s systems, data, and network. Will work proactively to assess risk, monitor systems, and implement controls that prevent security breaches. Utilize tools such as firewalls, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems to detect and mitigate threats. Responsible for real-time monitoring of security alerts and providing regular reports on system vulnerabilities, attempted intrusions, and compliance status.
Salary : $70 - $75
