What You’ll Do
- Research, source, and manage marketing assets across multiple client verticals
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights that support optimization and scale
- Assist in developing content and creative concepts based on performance data and emerging trends
- Execute campaign optimizations, define KPIs, and support structured testing across platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Taboola, and more
- Support A/B testing initiatives including hypothesis development, setup, and interpreting results
- Monitor pacing, performance shifts, and delivery trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports and performance summaries that translate data into clear narratives and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative development and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related internship; interest in performance marketing is essential
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data sets, pivot tables, and formulas
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and marketing funnels
- Interest in testing frameworks and data-driven experimentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity about how creative assets and messaging impact performance
