Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation standards
- Manage staff training, development, and scheduling to ensure efficient shift coverage
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels using POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Maintain quality control to uphold product consistency and freshness
- Coordinate with vendors for ingredient procurement and manage delivery schedules
- Assist in menu planning and product development to meet customer preferences
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment
