- Ensure Compliance & Quality Care: Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide ongoing support to care teams.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) (RN preferred)
- Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Empathetic Communicator – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support families and healthcare teams.
- Passion for Senior & Hospice Care – A deep understanding of the healthcare system and a commitment to compassionate service.
- Experience in Operations & Compliance (a plus)
- Smooth implementation of personalized care plans
- Strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and care teams
- Adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Dynamic mix of sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
