Description:
Foreman positions are responsible for safely and effectively managing people and equipment used in the installation of water and sewer utilities. This position is a job site leader that must be a good representation of the Company to both employees and customers/vendors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a water/sewer foreman
- A minimum of 5 years experience with daily reporting, including:
- Labor Reports
- Equipment Reports
- Trench Design
- Safety Reports
- Accumulation of Quantities
- Has taken competent person training
- Excellent communication skills including a positive attitude
- General knowledge of the heavy highway construction industry
- General knowledge of mechanical operations of heavy equipment
