What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Malignant Hematology $10k Recruitment Incentive position at Geisinger?
This position is malignant hematology focused and is for the outpatient clinic setting.
Desirable skillset includes familiarity with malignant hematology, caring for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myeloproliferative disorders, etc. Will be responsible for monitoring patients pre and post Stem Cell Transplant as well.
The program is looking to expand into offering CAR-T and BiTE therapy in the near future.
Candidate should have experience with or be willing to be trained in Bone Marrow biopsies and Ommaya access/IT chemo administration.
Predominately Malignant heme focused but would be expected to see some solid tumor/benign heme patients as needed.
