**Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate or assist with adjunct groups/meetings, including documentation
- Provide support to patients during evenings and weekends, and help de-escalate emotional reactions when needed
- Collect bio-psycho-social data
- Complete initial family contacts and provide information on family services, document appropriately, and facilitate sign-up for Family Day Program and monitor family visitations
- Offer new patients a general orientation to the facility, including introductions, buddy system, and facility rules and regulations
- Monitor patients during free time and preparation for bedtime, conduct bed and room checks
- Communicate significant events via communication log, patient charts, and verbally to key staff

**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience (preferred)
