Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls within the assigned geographic area to deliver advanced life support services.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather necessary historical data to relay crucial information to the Medical Commander using two-way communication systems.
- Administer patient care according to established protocols, while adhering to regional triage, treatment, and transfer guidelines.
- Lead emergency scenes, providing direction to primary response teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Check and maintain vehicle and equipment readiness throughout shifts, ensuring operational preparedness for emergency situations.
- Document each patient encounter comprehensively and submit your reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in onboarding new personnel and offer guidance to students and volunteers as needed.
- Engage in housekeeping duties and maintain a clean environment on the ambulance.
- Actively participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with local Fire and Rescue services during joint operations to enhance emergency response efforts.

Education : Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required)
Certifications and Licenses : Emergency Medical Services Vehicle Operator, Valid Driver's License, Certified Paramedic, Basic Life Support Certification (all required)
