Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to ensure safety and security throughout the property.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, occupancy updates, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.

Requirements
- Drivers License
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices.
