Expo / Foodrunner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Expo/Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The expo is a critical role ensuring that food for our guests meets or exceeds Wild Eagle's standards every time. The Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to the exceptional experience we strive for at Wild Eagle. This position requires a combination of athleticism, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for making every guest's experience amazing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality food that meets our standards from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are prepared and available for service.
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Bus tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean dining room.
• Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Support banquet operations during special events, ensuring smooth service flow.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
• Experience in bussing or food preparation is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting is an absolute must.
