Janitorial Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Operations Manager to join our team. This exempt role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The Operations Manager leads training, service delivery, and day-to-day execution by building systems that drive consistency and quality, reduce reactive work, and deliver reliable results across our operations.

Key qualifications include: 

• Ability to approach issues in a proactive manner.
• Ability to be an effective Team Player, Team Leader, and Mentor.
• Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office software products.
• Ability to manage time effectively, be flexible and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to design, enforce, and sustain operational systems that reduce dependency on individual intervention.
• Proven organization skills.
• Must hold a valid California Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to travel throughout the Central Valley as needed.
• Ability to work swing and overnight shifts as needed.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
