We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a desire to take their career to the next level in a supportive, value-based, and goal-focused environment. The HR Supervisor serves in a consultative role for GEI divisions and is also responsible for both the oversight and direct execution of core HR functions, including compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Do:
- Work collaboratively with General Managers and outside vendor partners
- Lead and mentor an HR Generalist and a dedicated team of recruiters
- Ensure effective oversight and execution of core HR operations, including compliance, policies, and day-to-day employee support

Education Requirements (All)
BA/BS degree or 3 - 5 years or more of related industry experience

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
