Director of Marketing

Summary

Geiger is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that accelerate revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and support Geiger's global sales organization.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention strategies, overseeing digital marketing and ecommerce growth initiatives, leading public relations and corporate communications programs, and developing sales enablement resources that support business performance. The Director of Marketing will partner closely with sales, merchandising, technology, operations, supplier partners, and creative teams to position Geiger for both near-term success and long-term market leadership.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and leader, bringing deep expertise in branding, demand generation, eCommerce, paid media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), corporate communications, and sales support.

• Create annual and long-range marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Strengthen Geiger's brand, positioning, messaging, reputation, and market presence across all channels.
• Leverage customer, market, competitive, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments.
• Develop and lead Geiger's corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand positioning, culture, and organizational priorities.
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to leadership.
• Create integrated communication plans that effectively engage diverse audiences, including employees, sales partners, customers, suppliers, media, industry organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Direct external communications, public relations, executive communications, media relations, thought leadership programs, and corporate storytelling efforts.
• Lead the strategy and performance of Geiger's digital marketing programs, websites, and customer experiences.
• Optimize customer journeys, digital merchandising, personalization, and user experience to increase revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
• Oversee and help execute SEO, PPC, SEM, AEO, content strategy, conversion optimization, and paid media investments.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop demand generation programs, content, communications, and enablement initiatives that improve pipeline, revenue growth, and sales effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting to measure revenue contribution, brand health, customer engagement, digital performance, and marketing ROI.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 7 years of progressive marketing experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing marketing teams.
• Experience managing website strategy, digital marketing programs, and customer experience initiatives.
• Experience overseeing ecommerce growth and digital revenue generation.
• Experience managing large scale SEO, PPC, paid media, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience leading corporate communications and public relations programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting distributed sales organizations or independent sales networks.
• Experience managing global websites and international marketing programs.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually
