The Senior Client Engagement Specialist serves as the primary contact for sales partners and their high-volume clients, ensuring the success of e-commerce programs and long-term business relationships. This role bridges strategy and execution, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and driving performance across multiple client accounts.
Essential Functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales partners.
- Lead and manage e-commerce program activities to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Support sales efforts with pricing, product presentations, vendor negotiations, and proposals.
- Coordinate product decks, mockups, and branded materials tailored to client needs.
- Manage inventory, orders, and reporting to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Analyze data to monitor account performance and create actionable insights.
- Educate clients and partners on processes, program guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing, billing, and logistics.
- Stay engaged in departmental projects and committees to enhance processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in client relationship or account management, ideally within a marketing, e-commerce, or promotional products environment.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of billing, receivables, inventory management, and compliance practices.
- MAS (Master Advertising Specialist) certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
