About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our policyholders navigate the claims process, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collect facts about accidents, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties
- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Utilize solid computer multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
