The Impact You'll Make
As a Bilingual Spanish-English Insurance Agent, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and the coverage they need. You’ll ensure Spanish-speaking clients receive the same seamless, personalized experience as English-speaking customers, helping them navigate policies, claims, and coverage options with confidence. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for outstanding service in the community.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert guidance on GEICO insurance products—auto, homeowners, renters, and more—tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in both Spanish and English, ensuring all customers feel heard and understood.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Use GEICO’s systems and tools to process quotes, applications, and renewals efficiently.
What You'll Bring
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
- A valid insurance license—or willingness to obtain one with our support.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn GEICO’s proprietary systems.
