Responsibilities
- Interact with our customers daily at our office
- Help generate leads through various means
- Inbound and outbound calls while in the office
- Help plan and coordinate events
- Learn the in's and out's of Business Management at the guidance of the General Manager, VP of Operations, and Agency Owner..
Requirements
- Available to work 20 hours weekly
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
