Responsibilities
Assist policyholders with policy changes, payments, and general questions regarding their insurance coverage.
Educate clients on various insurance options to ensure they are adequately protected.
Prepare clear, accurate documentation for insurance applications and claims.
Engage with walk-in visitors and callers in a welcoming and helpful manner.
Collaborate with the agency team to maintain high levels of office efficiency and client satisfaction.
Proactively reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and offer assistance.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Experience working in a local community-focused setting.
