We are seeking Professional, Motivated, and Friendly candidates who are interested in advancing their insurance sales career. We are looking for a competitive individual who can demonstrate top-level communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking skills and be able to produce high sales closure rates.

A Property and Casualty Insurance License is REQUIRED at the time of Application.

Our GEICO office specializes in AUTO and other personal multi-line products.

GEICO national and local advertising generates calls and DAILY leads for the GEICO Local Office in Catonsville on Baltimore National Pike. You will be assigned leads from customers that have already expressed an interest in a quote by contacting us either online or over the phone . Over 500 new leads are provided to our sales agents each week.

We provide BASIC and ADVANCED agent training utilizing a personalized Agent Trainer for a highly effective educational experience with detailed individualized support.

Candidates will work to gather information, identify customer needs, answer questions, prepare high-quality rate quotes, and close sales. Working as a team with daily support from our Sales Coach has produced consistent high sales closing ratios for our Agents and high sales commissions. We support our staff and understand the importance of appropriate work-life balance and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications: A Property /Casualty insurance license is REQUIRED at the time of APPLICATION for this position.

A College Degree is advantageous. Previous experience in Insurance sales is helpful. Candidates must have highly effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer and multi-tasking skills, the ability to gather information and make effective decisions. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have proven dependability.

***This position has an UNCAPPED top salary range per year. The more you sell the more you will have an opportunity to make in commissions. There is an additional $$$ compensation for a candidate with verbal and written fluency in Spanish.

The total compensation includes a base salary, overtime paid at time and a half, a generous production bonus, monthly and yearly incentive bonuses, medical/ dental / vision benefits as well as holiday, vacation and personal/ sick time.
