Postion: Production Manager – Night
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if needed
Department: Production
Reporting to: Vice President
Description/Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
· Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement
· Ensure employees understand and abide by all company safety regulations and policies
· Support plant leadership with recommendations of improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, quality standards, efficiencies, and safety/working conditions
· Partner with plant maintenance department to ensure production areas are functioning at a high level
· Complete daily production reports and documentation
· Ensure proper housekeeping of plant
· Ability to work well with a diverse group of people, be professional at all times, and create a respectable working environment
· Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment
· Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
· Strong leadership capabilities in an industrial or manufacturing setting
· 5 years of plant management experience
· Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills
· Mechanical aptitude preferred
· Ability to lift 75 lbs
Compensation: 60,000.00 – 65,000.00/year
