We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced aseptic production environment. You’ll oversee production teams, schedules, safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage production employees
- Coordinate production schedules, startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Monitor workflow, output, product quality, OEE, and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues
- Lead shift huddles and ensure effective communication across teams
- Promote and enforce Safety, Quality, GMP, GFSI, and company standards
- Participate in safety and quality audits and corrective actions
- Conduct accident and near-miss investigations
- Support employee training, development, performance management, and engagement
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of production equipment and aseptic processes
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably food, process, high-speed packaging, or Form-Fill-Seal
- 2 years of supervisory, management, or team-lead experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of aseptic processes/equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/HMI systems
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
