Pay: Base Shift Differential = $35/hour ( based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and participate in safety, quality, OEE, and cost improvement opportunities and initiatives
- Provide team members and internal customers with the tools, parts, certified training, and procedures to be successful
- Coordinate system breakdown priorities with production for maintenance team members
- Support the Maintenance Planning/Scheduling process with work orders assigning to the maintenance team
- Audit the work of the Maintenance team, recognizing good work and coaching improvement opportunities
- Manage team member’s time schedules, PTO schedules, and weekend rotation
- Lead and participate in various continuous improvement projects and kaizen activities
- Support Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Quality by supporting various work requests delivered though the CMMS
What You’ll Need
- 5 Years of related experience leading, coaching, and developing individuals and teams
- Demonstrated excellent management, collaboration, organizational and leadership skills required
- Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of complex improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
