- Client facing individual responsible for the delivery of consultancy services at a client site(s).
- Plans,leadsand delivers clinical command center programs with large scope and scale, ensuring high quality delivery within area of responsibility and client satisfaction.
- Manages program deliverables, timelines,risksand resource requirements.
- Uses sound judgement to make decisions and solve complex problems or tasks with client team or project team.
- Develops anddemonstratesspecialized knowledge related to patient flow, quality, hospital operations and clinical practice in hospitals and non-hospital settings. Serves as a resource for best practices and quality. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development, productroadmapand client roadmap.
- Establishes credibility quickly, develops deep client relationships and engages with client stakeholders at all levels including executive-level sponsors and front-line caregiver teams.
- Brings new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience andexpertisefor data analysis to support recommendations. Leverages sources internal and external to own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; Works to build consensus. Leverages persuasion skills to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experiencein hospital patient flow and/or access consulting serving major US health systems.
- Rolerequiressignificant experiencein healthcare consulting and knowledge of hospitaloperations.
- Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered.
- Demonstrated project managementexpertiseor certification.
- Experience creating impactful executive client facing communications and presentations.
- Experience driving change using Change Management tools, LEAN or Six Sigma.
- Experience leading teams, deliveringfeedbackand coachingsuccessfully
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
- Able to travel at least 80% (Weekly travel Monday-Thursday)

Salary : $128,800 - $193,200
