Overview
We operate multiple service and construction businesses (cleaning, remodeling, and related operations) and are hiring an Operations Manager to bring structure, accountability, and profitability to field operations.
This role is hands-on. You will be working with crews, improving scheduling, controlling labor costs, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities
Service Operations (Cleaning / Recurring Work):
- Optimize routes and reduce downtime
- Improve crew productivity and labor efficiency
- Maintain quality control and reduce rework
- Manage hiring, training, and performance of field staff
Construction / Project Operations:
- Schedule and coordinate jobs and subcontractors
- Track job budgets vs actual performance
- Control timelines, scope, and change orders
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
General Operations:
- Build and implement SOPs
- Track KPIs (labor %, job margins, productivity)
- Hold team members accountable to performance
- Identify and execute ways to improve profitability

- Lower labor costs without sacrificing quality
- Crews show up on time and jobs finish on schedule
- Fewer callbacks and customer issues
- Clear visibility into job profitability
- Measurable improvement in EBITDA within 3–6 months
Compensation
- $35/hour base
- 5% of EBITDA growth (above baseline)
- Quarterly performance payouts
