Job Description
Opening for Full-Time, Entry Level-Member Service Representative
Member Service Representatives (MSR) provide credit union members with top-notch service in person and over the phone. MSRs perform basic teller transactions, answer general questions, and identify financial needs while recommending the best solution offered by GEFCU. This job is member facing and candidates must be presentable and have a positive attitude. You must have a willingness to learn and ability to solve small problems. Paid, on the job, training.
Location: Pflugerville, TX.
Requirements:
Must be able to work between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 8:30am-12pm
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
Must be bond-able
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
