Hot Tub Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hot Tub Repair and Setup Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing hot tubs and spas for residential customers. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and test hot tubs and spas at customer locations.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in hot tubs.

• Replace or repair malfunctioning components, such as pumps, heaters, jets, and control panels.

• Perform routine maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and filter replacements.

• Educate customers on proper hot tub care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and service vehicles.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and parts used.

• Adhere to all safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hot tub, pool, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repair is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED. ON-SITE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
