Geeksoft Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities
Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and technical leads to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and client-facing environments
Experience working with technical teams and enterprise systems
Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, or BI tools
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
Exposure to domains such as healthcare, finance, or technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
