We are seeking talented, intelligent individuals to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is a team player, reliable, and able to efficiently solve IT related issues. This is an in-person position as provide onsite support for many of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work on challenging technical issues both behind the scenes and client-facing.
- Act as a primary escalation point for Tier I engineers.
- Build rapport and strong business relationships with clients.
- Mentor other support engineers to help ensure that everyone is growing professionally.
Required Experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including:
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- DHCP
- Wireless networking
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite client visits.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
