Finance Assistant (Graduate Role) – US Region
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented recent finance graduate to join our US team as a Finance Assistant. This role supports the US region’s financial operations, with a focus on invoicing and accounts receivable, expense and tax support, inventory supervision, project cost tracking, and budget coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Support
- Assist with forecasting, tracking, and coordinating local invoicing and payment collection. Support timely AR clearance, escalation of overdue items, and maintenance of accurate customer account records.
- Expense & Tax Data Support
- Assist in reviewing expense reports for the US region and support the preparation and organization of tax-related data and documentation.
- Inventory Supervision Support
- Support regular physical inventory checks for the US region, monitor inventory management processes, and record inventory quantity and condition.
- Budget Coordination
- Assist in monitoring, controlling, and adjusting the US region’s expense budget, and track budget execution against plans.
- Bookkeeping & Project Cost Support
- Support project-based cost tracking, review the reasonableness of project book profits, and ensure accurate cost recording.
- Data Organization & Basic Analysis
- Consolidate financial and operational data related to the above responsibilities and assist in preparing basic analytical reports to support financial decision-making.
- Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
- Support the Finance & Legal Center with daily local activities, including fund management, tax documentation, and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in financial accounting, cost accounting, and basic tax knowledge; familiarity with US financial regulations is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with strong prioritization and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset and basic problem-solving abilities.
