Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat Busser to support our front-of-house team during weekend service. Santo Silverlake is a vibrant sushi bar with its roots in Roma Norte, Mexico City’s artistic and culinary center. Guests can expect a convivial vibe, bold flavors, and an energetic dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Support servers by running food and water, restocking items, and keeping service areas organized
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations
- Assist with opening and closing sidework as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Availability Friday–Sunday, 11 AM–5 PM (required)
- Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
