What You'll Do:
- Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
- Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
- Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and keep you on the move.
- Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
- Own your route and represent Gee with professionalism.
What You'll Bring:
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Universal 608 Certification.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
