Role Overview
The Client Experience Expert plays a pivotal role in delivering the signature Gee Beauty experience. This person is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, service-driven environment. From greeting clients and managing bookings to supporting our providers and maintaining studio flow, this role ensures every client feels cared for, seen, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional and personalized client experience at every touchpoint - in person, by phone, and by email.
- Accurately book and manage appointments, ensuring providers’ schedules are optimized and seamless.
- Support the studio flow: open and close the studio, maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms, and restock as needed.
- Assist the Brow, Makeup, and Facial teams with day-to-day needs and coordination.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with precision and care.
- Respond to voicemails, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Support product sales by educating clients on Gee Beauty’s edit and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Ensure the studio is always presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Director and Client Experience Team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a client service, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and client connection.
- Polished, professional, and warm demeanour that reflects the Gee Beauty brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
