Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs

Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly

Qualifications:
Service Advisor Qualifications

Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment

Comfort learning dealership systems and service processes

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
