Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience.

• Expert Communication: Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options.
• Drive Production: Maximize our technicians’ time to meet and exceed sales forecasts.
• Consultative Selling: Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road.
• Keep the Peace: Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises.
• Deliver the "Wow": Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience.

Qualifications

Service Advisor Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of prior service writing experience (CDK experience is a major plus!)
• Availability: A Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays are a must)
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a desire to win in a team environment
  
  

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
