The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance of dealership inventory, supporting the sales team, and ensuring every vehicle meets presentation standards. Sales Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.

• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.

• Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled, charged, and ready for display or delivery.

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot displays.

• Prepare sold vehicles for customer deliveries.

• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment.

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and standards.

• Support the sales and service departments as needed.

Sales Lot Attendant Benefits and Compensation

The Sales Lot Attendant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. 

• Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $20.00.

Sales Lot Attendant Qualifications

• Previous detailing, lot attendant, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
