Body Shop Parts Puller Job Responsibilities
• Review repair orders and parts lists to identify required components for each job
• Pull, stage, and deliver correct parts to technicians in a timely manner
• Organize parts by repair order to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Verify parts received against orders for accuracy and damage
• Coordinate with the parts department to track backorders and special orders
• Assist with returns, core processing, and warranty parts as needed
• Maintain clean, organized parts storage and staging areas
• Communicate with technicians and estimators regarding parts status and needs
• Label and track parts for multiple repair jobs simultaneously
• Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures

Body Shop Parts Puller Qualifications
• Previous automotive parts, warehouse, or body shop experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems (preferred)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and ability to move vehicles as needed
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
