Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers by identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct Porsche parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper receiving, stocking, and tracking procedures
- Process parts orders efficiently for both wholesale and retail customers
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and vendors
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service at the front counter and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, organized parts department and follow all safety guidelines
- Stay current on Porsche parts updates, catalog systems, and product information
- Support the service team by preparing parts for scheduled repairs and maintenance

Parts Counter Associate Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience required; Porsche or European brand experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of parts catalog systems, inventory control, and ordering procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to identify parts accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform duties that involve standing and moving throughout the day
