Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sales of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Must be willing to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
