Our Flat Rate Automotive Technician plays a significant role in our dealership by allowing us to offer world-class servicing to any vehicle they purchase from us. You would spend most of your time diagnosing issues with vehicles and repair work. Flat Rate Automotive Technician Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
- Conducting inspections, repairing engine failure, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts.
- Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
- Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.

Flat Rate Automotive Technician Qualifications
- Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE.
- Must have Subaru experience if ASE Certified.
- Personal Tools.
- Driver’s License
